An 73 years old female had the complaint of ill fitting complete denture which was done few months back.
She had difficulty in chewing her food.
Clinical and radiographic examination done.

After complete examination there  was severe atrophied maxilla.

Treatment options and plan were discussed with patient.

The final treatment plan concluded was the replacement of the complete denture

 with basal implants supported fixed prosthesis.
